Questions?

Here are some of the most common questions I get about working together.

If you don’t see your question listed or are ready to schedule a free consult, contact me.

  • I am located in Stuart, FL. And licensed in Florida and North Carolina. I offer online face to face sessions, in person and in-home intensives, and concierge sessions. I can travel in Florida for in-person intensive therapy sessions as well.

  • Description text goes hereIf you’ve tried therapy before and still feel stuck, or if you’re struggling with addiction, trauma, or nervous system regulation, I’d love to support you. My approach is integrative—meaning we won’t just talk about what’s going on, we’ll also use body-based tools like EMDR, breathwork, and yoga therapy to help you feel relief, calm, and confidence in your life. If you're curious, let’s chat and see if it’s a good fit.

  • Therapy and intensives are an investment in yourself, your healing, and your future. And remember intensives are like having 3 months of therapy or more in an accelerated format for quicker results.

    • 90 minute therapy sessions: $225

    • Intensives: Varies based on length and customization. Some options are

      8 hour program-starting at $2000

14 hour program starting at $3500. See Intensives page for more details or reach out for a Free Consultation.

If finances are a concern, we can talk about ways to make it work, including payment plans.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know you—your goals, your challenges, and what’s worked (or not worked) for you in the past. There’s no pressure, no rush. It’s just a space to explore what you need and how I can support you. And together we formulate a plan just for you to help you get there.

  • The amount of time in therapy is going to greatly depend on what your challenges are, and how long you’ve been struggling with them.

Addiction and Trauma tend to be longer term issues, and generally it takes 3-6 months to see consistent change. However, with a therapy intensive you can do this much work in one intensive and see results much more quickly.

I have many clients whom I’ve seen for a year or more due to the complexity of their wounds, and also just as maintenance at their convenience before things become a bigger problem. We will figure this out together.

  • That’s completely okay. First and foremost we will work at your pace. Healing doesn’t have to mean retelling your story over and over. My approach focuses on helping your mind and body release what it’s holding onto so you can feel better without having to relive the details. This is what’s great about EMDR and Yoga Therapy. Reach out for more details or check out those pages.

  • Yes. Many people find that even after rehab, something still feels unresolved. That’s because addiction is often tied to unprocessed trauma and nervous system dysregulation. Our work together can help address the root causes so you can find lasting relief, not just white-knuckle through recovery.

And many people who have tried other therapies find relief with Yoga Therapy, EMDR and Integrative Intensives.
