People always ask what yoga mats I like. I highly recommend this particular mat due to its thickness, versatility, and it’s pretty. Many of my clients struggle with finding the right type of mat. This one has the best thickness and support, while also allowing for the non-stick surface and not so thick it can be harder on the joints and balance. It’s also fairly affordable.
